My name is Loretta Pickford. Let me tell you why I am here.

I have been a life coach for over 8 years.  During this time I have participated in the process of many people as they worked to release the affects of their past and move forward in life, free of the junk and debris (yes, baggage) they had collected.  I used many techniques and tools with people and found the results to be significant yet difficult to maintain.

The truth is sustained change begins within and to create long-term change, a person needs to go deep.  The time and intensity of such deep work was often long and painful for my clients.  Then I found Core Health!  Now my clients free themselves of the energetic decisions they have made throughout their lives,  Deeply, Thoroughly and Quickly!

Under ideal conditions we would live in wholeness from the womb to the tomb.  For many of us, we are here in less than ideal conditions. We had no control over our early years of living. Most of the ‘programming’ that runs our lives in the present was downloaded into us before the age of 6. This programming drives our thoughts, action, choices and reactions.  Traditionally, talk therapy was the primary tool for shifting this programming

Today, some of our most brilliant scientists are discovering new methods and truths about how emotions are stored in our bodies.   Quantum physics, string theory, new findings in biology, brain and heart science all validates the teachings of the Ancients. I have dedicated myself to bringing this new/ancient revelation into your life. Through the Heart Forgiveness/Core Health process I facilitate (guide) you on a journey back to wholeness in an easy, quick and life enhancing manner.

The ‘less than ideal’ conditions that convinced us to live small, to live in dysfunction, to have less, to contract, to believe in anything ‘less’ – has brought imbalance, stress, unhappiness, etc. The profoundly powerful journey of Core Health and Heart Forgiveness processes frees us of toxic baggage that we do not have to carry (many times we do not even consciously realize that we do carry). Releasing toxic loads from our lives makes our journey through life magical in comparison to our experience to date.

I am the owner of the Magnificent Journey Coaching and Consulting Services.  I bring a diverse array of life, spiritual and business experience to her work as a life and small business coach.  For over 25 years I provided project management, consulting and training services to the information technology industry.  In 2000, I began my career change to become a professional coach.  Since then, I have provided spiritual leadership and coaching services in many ways.

Professional Coach

I received my coaching training and certification from The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California.  I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and graduate of the Co-Active Leadership program.  In 2008, I became a Certified Core Health Facilitator (CHF).  I use this process to shift deeply held limiting beliefs and expand my client’s pure core of health, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.

My coaching and consulting business focuses on expanding the perspectives and thought processes of my clients and opening doors to new possibilities.  On an individual level this includes bringing insight into one’s strengths, belief systems, and levels of fulfillment in life.  Often this includes drilling down to a core emotion that is driving actions and behaviors. These insights are combined with the awareness of thoughts patterns and spoken words to move a person to intentional creation.  On a business level, I combine the personal work with practical business consulting in the areas of business planning, business process analysis and decision making.

Spiritual Leadership

In 2004, I attended Our Lady of the Violet Heart Seminary-Institute and was ordained in September of that year.  From January 2005 – July 2006, I co-created a spiritual center, Awakening via Gnosis, in St Petersburg, Florida.  The center was a spiritual community center that provided coaching, spiritual guidance, energetic healing, Sunday services, workshops and seminars.
